How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

We aim to ship your order from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. However, please be patient if it takes us extra time to check/perfect your item, especially during the peak season around the end of the year.
In addition, it is possible that the item you ordered is out of stock, although we will do our best to prevent this from happening. If this happens, we will be sure to notify you as soon as possible.
You may notice from time to time during checkout that estimated delivery times are particularly long. This may be because some products currently have zero inventory and are being restocked.
Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners, international logistics use air transport.

After the goods are dispatched, how long does it take for standard shipping to deliver the package?

It depends on where you are.Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

What Happens if I’m Not At Home When You Deliver My Order?

It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that somebody is available at the provided address by the time the parcel is due for delivery. Check the link daily from dispatch day to see the latest scans and updates about your delivery.

Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

ORDERS

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have an feekystore.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the Order History page.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email associated with your order. Orders generally take 2 to 5business days for processing and the order status will be listed as 'Unfulfilled' until it has shipped.
Once shipped, you will receive another email which will include the tracking number for your package.

How will I know if my order has been received?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Orders are not considered accepted by us until we send you an e-mail notifying you the items have been dispatched to you. In the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered are unavailable, you will be quickly informed and your payment for those items will not be processed.

What if I have other questions regarding my order?

We highly recommend reviewing all order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. If there are any questions regarding your order or returns, please contact our Customer Care team.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 business day of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee any changes will be made within 1 working day of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

Can I add items to an existing order?

It is not always possible to add items to an existing order. Contact us  and we will do what we can to add to your order. Please be aware that this may not always be possible if your order has already been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

FEEKY accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, JBC, Diners Club, and Discover. To ensure the safety of your purchase, debit or credit cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted. We recommend PayPal as an alternative. Add funds to your PayPal account through any method and then use our single-click PayPal express checkout feature to complete your order.

Returns

I'vereceived a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We take pride in the quality of our pieces and if it's anything less than great, we want to make it right.Incase you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.Make sure to include the information below:

1) Your order number

2) Product name or SKU number/Product code (you can find this in your confirmation email)

3) Describe the damage/defects and provide clear photos

What should I do if my package is missing an item?

If you've received a package with an item missing, it's most likely one of two things:

1) To get your orders to you as fast as possible, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Check your confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages.

2) If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Care Team so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We're 100% committed to making you happy. If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will provide the return instructions in details! Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Can I receive a full refund for my order?

Please be advised that shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price. Shipping fee may also be applied.

Do you provide return label?

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team.
